RoomsAt present the Hotel Absolut has 32 rooms and 2 apartments with a balcony for guests. One room is specially fitted for the requirements of handicapped people.
All the rooms are comfortably furnished and the décor is warm and discreet. The furnishing includes TV, pay TV, minibar, safe, air-conditioning, smoke sensors, telephone with direct dialling, and an internet connection. The heated bathrooms have hair driers and are equipped with bath or shower unit and toilet. 17 rooms have both shower and bath.
Breakfast is a Swedish-style buffet in the hotel restaurant or provided by room service during the day.
Location:
The Hotel Absolut is situated in the old part of Prague 7, Holešovice, just a few stops from the metro station Holešovice. Closer still are the tram stops nos. 5, 12, 14 and 15, which will take you to the centre in just a few minutes. Some 5 minutes away by foot there is the Holešovice train station The locality has good links to the highways to Teplice and Děčín and the city ring road, and in the opposite direction along the north-south highway to the centre of Prague and the D1 motorway in the direction of Brno.
From the hotel it is easy to get to the Trója Chateau, the ZOO, Botanical Gardens, Planetarium, the Fata Morgana tropical glasshouse, Holešovice market, the riding hall and stables, the sports grounds at Štvanice with tennis courts, the HC Sparta sports hall, the exhibitions grounds of Výstaviště Prague, Veletržní Palace and Stromovka Park. The hotel is easily accessible by transport and has its own parking area.
You can travel comfortably from Prague-Ruzyně Airport direct to the Absolut Hotel by the public AE (Airport Express) bus line for less than 2 Euros. The low-floor buses travel regularly in both directions every 30 minutes and stop right in front of the hotel at the "Holešovice" stop.
The locality has good links to the D1 motorway from Brno in the direction of the centre, Hlávek most, Bubenská, Železničářů, and the Hotel Absolut car park.
The D8 motorway from Teplice runs in the direction of the centre, the Barikádník Bridge, Plynární, Železničářů, and the Hotel Absolut car park.
The D5 motorway from Pilsen runs in the direction of the centre, Plzeňská street, Karlovo náměstí, I.P. Pavlova, and on towards Teplice, Hlávek Bridge, Bubenská, Železničářů, and the Hotel Absolut car park.
The D11 motorway from Hradec Králové runs in the direction of the centre, Černý most, Hloubětín, Argentinská, Plynární, and the Hotel Absolut car park
