The hotel is located in Viareggio, Tuscany. Facing the promenade, the hotel is surrounded by the Liberty framework, making the whole area a real architectural jewel. Description:
Sitting at “La Terrazza” Restaurant situated on the last floor of the hotel, you can enjoy the view of both sea and the Alpy Apuane. A refined Mediterranean cooking and a choice of high-level wines perfectly match with the sight of spectacular sunsets. The hotel also takes care also of the planning and organization of congresses, conferences, meetings, conventions, company meetings and courses. The hotel has two smaller meetings rooms. In the surrounding of the hotel there is wide variety of leisure and sport acivities - golfing, rowing or canoeing, windsurfing, water skiing, sailing, swimming, scuba diving, fishing, squash, volleyball, tennis, biking and horse riding.

The rooms are fitted out in a sober and elegant style, with parquet floors and travertine bathrooms. They are equipped with air conditioner, satellite TV-set, Internet access and marble bathroom with hair dryer.
Golf:
Versilia Golf Course
The course is immersed in a restful green area, with careful choice of tree varieties, at a short distance from the pine grove, the sea and the beach. It was designed by John Harris and hole 13 has been re-designed by the José Maria Olazabal’s company IGD (Integral Golf Design). The course (5873 meters - Par 71) was opened in 1990, over the last few years the fairways have been improved and all the maintenance vehicles have been up-graded.
Cosmopolitan Golf & Country Club
The Cosmopolitan Golf & Country Club (Par 72) offers a very interesting and peculiar course. Obstacles consisting of sand, dunes and lakes make play extremely stimulating. The undulating course respects the original shape of the land, which blends in harmoniously with the bordering area. The mild and temperate climate, even during the hottest summer months, is a further attraction. The course is attractive not only from a technical point of view, but also because of the magnificent surrounding scenery.
